The Runaway Star

Night is here in the quiet bedroom. Toby climbs into his cozy bed and pulls up his warm blanket. The room is filled with a soft yellow light. Toby hugs Teddy tight and whispers softly: - What will we dream of tonight, Teddy Teddy closes his round eyes and holds his soft cloud pillow close

The tiny white cloud pillow under Teddy begins to grow and puff up. The cozy bed turns into a small wooden boat with a sail made of bright starlight. Between two pink clouds, a tiny yellow star is caught in a web of silver moonbeams. The little star blinks slowly and its light begins to fade. Teddy points with his paw and says: - The little star is stuck, Toby Teddy looks closely at the sad star swaying on the silver web

Teddy reaches out and gently untangles the star from the silver threads. The tiny star sparkles brightly and flies high up, leaving warm gold dust falling all around them. The cozy ship drifts back down to their bedroom. Toby and Teddy pull the covers up to their chins and close their eyes: - Goodnight, little star Teddy holds his cloud pillow tight, smiles, and falls fast asleep
